1. Q. Do you have a complete range of French Furniture?
A. We are stockists of the complete range of ‘La Maison’ French Furniture and we hold a range of stock in our warehouse, however stock levels vary subject to availability and a delivery delay could be possible.

2. Q. Are all of your antiques authentic or only reproductions?
A. All of our antiques carry a Certificate of Authenticity as we only source our stock from registered antique dealers.

3. Q. Do you deliver?
A. All prices quoted exclude delivery , however delivery can be arranged by negotiation at a minimal cost.

4. Q. What means of payment do you offer?
A. We have facilities for Mastercard, Visa and American Express as well as Eftpos.
We are prepared to negotiate discounts for cash on some items.
We do not accept cheques.

5. Q. Do you accept special orders?
A. We try to source product to satisfy special orders wherever possible. Sometimes availability will result in a delay. A non-refundable deposit is required for all special orders.

6. Q. Do you hold goods for a specific period?
A. We will hold most goods for a period of 24 hours. If you require a longer period a 25% deposit is necessary.
